Camp

I am embarrassed to admit that I did a shockingly bad job of documenting Burnstream Court, this year. We had 10 Airstreams of different sizes and vintages parked together in a mandala...a site to behold. Of course, their various owners were interesting, too, and it was never dull hanging around in camp.

With Phil's and Chris's help, I fabricated a sign which, after a little lighting ceremony, became a proud beacon for us at night. The rest of the images above are of visitors. Mike and Molly (outside), who camped with us last year, pose with James and Ingrid. Moses and Lucy (Lucy camped with us last year, too) pose with Jojo. Chris compares notes with the driver of the wacky self-propelled Airstream lounge. The zebra guy poses on the zebracorn. And finally the red wagon train, another annual BM fixture, visits our camp with some of the funnest women I have ever seen on the playa posing in formation.
